Pickup and Delivery Questions

What hours/days are you open?

Our sales office is open from 9:00am - 2:45pm, Monday to Friday.

Our non-retail warehouses are open from 8:00am -2:45pm, Monday to Friday, for pickup and collection of orders. They are not open on weekends.

 

What are your delivery zones?

Our warehouses are located in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. To see the area around our warehouses that we deliver directly to, click here.

 

Can I pay at the warehouse?

Our warehouses are non-retail warehouses. Before pickup, orders must be placed through this website (or, if you are experiencing difficulties, over the phone). Payments cannot be made at the warehouses.

 

I’m picking up a glass order. What is the best way for me to transport it?

If you are picking up your glass panels with your own ute or flat-top trailer, we recommend that you pay our $77 “pack on a pallet” charge (this option will show at checkout). This will ensure that your panels are packed safely for transport and will not be damaged. Otherwise, you will need to bring your own materials (we recommend blankets or cardboard) to go between each panel of glass to avoid damage.

 

How will my order be packed?

The packing of your order will depend on the shipping method you choose. These are outlined below:

  1. COLLECT FROM WAREHOUSE ($0.00) - packing the order will be completely in your hands. The order will not be packed on a pallet, and securing the load and ensuring safe transport is your responsibility

  2. BASIC PACK ON PALLET ($77.0) - your order will be strapped to a pallet, and a forklift will load the pallet your own 'Flat Top' trailer, ute or truck.

  3. PACK FOR TRANSPORT COMPANY ($119.00) - your order will be packed, wrapped and strapped on a pallet or in a crate, ready to be collected at the warehouse. This is the most comprehensive packing option. 

 

What areas do you service?

Residents from anywhere in Australia are able to place an order and collect it from their nearest warehouse. However, deliveries of orders are only available within a certain proximity of the warehouses. Click here to view warehouse locations and estimated regions eligible for order deliveries.

 

What states do you service?

We have warehouses in NSW, Victoria, Queensland, SA and WA. These are located specifically in Newcastle and Sydney (NSW), Melbourne (Victoria), Gold Coast and Brisbane (Queensland), Adelaide (SA) and Perth (WA). Can I pick up my order?

Yes, all orders are able to be picked up from your local depot. When you are at checkout, simply select the COLLECT FROM WAREHOUSE option. You will receive a text message when you complete your order containing all the details you will need to know about how to pick up from the warehouse.

 

I’m in regional Victoria. What are my delivery options?

Sadly, we are unable to deliver directly to your home. Your order will be sent to one of the following depots for pickup:

  • Regional 1 - Pack and Send to freight depot in Geelong or Ballarat for collection (1 x Pallet). $339.00

  • Regional 2 - Pack and Send to freight depot in Bairnsdale, Leongatha or Morwell for collection. $419.00

  • Regional 3 - Pack and Send to freight depot in Albury/Wodonga, Bendigo, Echuca, Horsham, Mildura, Shepparton, Wangaratta or Warrnambool for collection. $449.00
