'Click & Collect' - allow *1 to 3 Business Days. (If required ASAP, please TEXT to 0412 736 242 after ordering.)

'Direct Delivery' in our 'Direct Delivery Zone' - allow *3 to 10 Business Days.

'Pack for Collection by Transport Company' - allow *3 to 10 Business Days.

* Business Hours and Days are - Monday to Friday - 8 am to 4 pm (AEST & Excluding Holidays).

* Note: At the end of the year summer period and leading up to Christmas, delivery and packing times can extend out to 15 days or more. 

If you are in our 'DIRECT DELIVERY ZONE', most products can be delivered directly to your door on a warehouse truck, OR You can collect directly from **24 x Aus-wide 'Click & Collect' Fencing Warehouses.

**The pick up warehouse (in a particular city location), in some cases, will be determined by product type and stock availability.

(1) PICK UP 'DIRECTLY FROM THE WAREHOUSE' OPTION:

We utilise 24 fencing & gate supply warehouses across Australia. If you intend to pick up your order, please understand our processing method:

• 1. Order received - we receive your order and double-check for anything that looks out of place or is missing.
• 2. Order processing - we send your order off to the relevant warehouse to confirm availability.
• 3. Order approval - we double-check and approve the warehouse order. 
• 4. Order confirmation - we email the address of the relevant warehouse within 1 to 3 business days, as well as a "warehouse order number" for you to quote to the office on arrival at the warehouse. 
• 5. Order collection - please allow plenty of time (15 min to 1.5 hours) as orders are not pre-packed (unless you have paid for this) but are picked from the warehouse at the time of collection. (Please note: Time to collect depends on how many customers are in line waiting to collect, AND things always get VERY busy in the 3 months leading up to Christmas!) 

ORDER PROCESSING IMPORTANT NOTE: Please allow 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri, 8 to 3) for us to process your order and email you a 'Pick-Up (or Delivery) Confirmation Message'.

Need an ASAP pick-up? Simply send a text to 0412 736 242 with the message: "ASAP PICK-UP please for order number___". Please also advise us of your ideal pick-up day and time. We will process your order as a priority and send your pick-up details as soon as we can!

Orders can be picked up directly from non-retail, 'Click & Collect' Australia-Wide Fencing & Gate Warehouses in Virginia, Brisbane (Crestmead or Brendale for Designer Colour Pool Fencing); Molendinar, Gold Coast (Designer Colours Crestmead Only); Glendenning or Smeaton Grange, Sydney; Cardiff, Newcastle (Thornton for Designer Colour Pool Fencing); Dandenong or Derrimut, Melbourne (Dandenong or Campbellfield for Designer Colour Pool Fencing); Kilburn, Adelaide; and Jandakot, Wangara or Bibra Lake, Perth.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Our warehouses are non-retail 'Click & Collect' warehouses. Orders must be placed and paid for through our website prior to pickup. 
  
• The pick-up warehouse (in a particular city location), in some cases, will be determined by product type and stock availability.
  
  
• PICK UP IS MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY - 7.30 am till 2.30 pm. (Warehouse closes at 3 pm) 

(2) 'DIRECT DELIVERY ZONE' OPTION covers most of the following areas (where we have a local warehouse and our own delivery trucks): Direct Costs between $159 & $229 for most orders.

We will send a text message within 3 business days (Monday to Friday) to confirm the delivery day.

• The Sunshine Coast - Including Noosa, Caboolture, etc. 
• Brisbane 
• The Gold Coast - Including Tweed Heads.
• The Northern Rivers of NSW - Includes Tweed Heads, Murwillumbah, Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore.
• Newcastle 
• Central Coast 
  
• Sydney 
• Wollongong 
• Melbourne
• Geelong 
• Adelaide 
  
• Perth 

NOTE: Average delivery time frame is 5 to 10 working days. 

(3) OUTSIDE OF OUR 'DIRECT DELIVERY ZONE' ? 

If you are outside of our 'direct delivery zone', your fence order can be packed on a pallet and delivered to a freight depot near your location for collection. Please use the contact form to request a freight quote. Please note that freight will be significantly more expensive, as we must invest considerable effort into packaging your order for transport and then engage a third-party transportation company. If you have a reasonable-sized order, you can still save a substantial amount compared to buying locally! 

Our products are delivered directly from Warehouses in South East QLD, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

• All our listed prices INCLUDE GST
• We DO NOT charge credit card fees. (Most fencing suppliers charge between 1% & 1.5%!).
