Description
1000mm to 1200mm Wide Adjustable Slat Gate Frame Kit.(Can make any height up to 2000mm high).
Adjustable (cut to size) slat gate material kit includes:
1 x 4200mm Long Slotted Gate Frame Material - Has pre-drilled holes to screw off heavy duty 'gate slats' and has a patented friction fit system for the standard slats!
1 x 4200mm Snap-in Gate Frame Cover - To hide screws.
1 x 6100mm Long - 65x16mm Heavy Duty 'Gate Slat', with internal screw holes. (cut into 6 x 1m Slats or 5 x 1.2m Slats, depending on your gate width).
30 x Heavy Duty 'Gate Slat' Screws.
12 x Hinging panel rigidity screws.(If needed).
2 x Black Gate Frame Caps (Colour matched if possible).

BIG INSTALLATION NOTE:
A common installation confusion comes from the fact that the 'Slotted Gate Frame Material' has screw holes for every slat! BUT please understand that the gate is made strong by screw fixing only 5 or 6 'Heavy Duty Gate Slats' per gate. (cut from 1 x 6.1m Length included in this gate frame kit). For ALL other slats, the screw holes are ignored and they are fitted and held tight only by the internal friction fit system. (For these slats no screws are used whatsoever!)
Where do I position the heavy duty gate slats?
Always position a pair of two heavy duty slats at the top and at the bottom of the gate, and also add an extra one or two slats somewhere in the middle of the gate. That's all you need to create a strong gate.
