Our flat-top aluminium panels team 38×25×1.6 mm rails with 16×1.2 mm through-rail tubes and 6-point welds, set on 89 mm centres for a tidy ~73 mm gap — crafted in 6063-T6 alloy, pre-treated & chromated before a baked-on Interpon finish, to meet AS 1926.1–2012 and deliver strong, clean, long-life performance.
- Design: Flat-top with rectangular rails 38 × 25 mm (1.6 mm wall).
- Tubes: 16 mm round (1.2 mm wall), drilled through rails and welded at 6 points.
- Spacing: up to 89 mm centres for a neat ~73 mm gap (pool-safe & pet-friendly).
- Alloy: 6063-T6 architectural grade for strength, rigidity & corrosion resistance.
- Finish: Properly cleaned, pre-treated & chromated, then baked-on Interpon powder coat.
